Most orders can be shipped within 10 days.
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. After you place your order, our crew needs some processing time to carefully package your item. For most orders, this processing time is less than ten days. After leaving our warehouse, deliveries in the US can take up to 7 business days, depending on the shipping location.
Gold Hill Redwood ships by FedEx, UPS, or Motor Freight depending on the size and weight of the item.
“Free Shipping” is now offered on every item in our product line.
Free Shipping applies to standard ground service (FedEX, UPS, or Motor Freight) in the Contiguous 48 United States. If a product does not qualify for “Free Shipping” the shipping charges will be calculated and added to your total cost before your purchase is finalized. Call for shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska or if you require expedited service.
Ground shipping for motor freight items means “curbside” delivery only. If you require additional services (inside delivery, lift gate service, etc.), please contact Customer Service at 541-582-4636.
If a product arrives damaged, you must notify both the shipper and Gold Hill Redwood. We will assess the damage and attempt to remedy it with replacement parts. If it is damaged to the extent that it cannot be remedied with replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want replacement parts, or if you are returning the item for any other reason, the item can be returned under our Standard Return Policy.
Standard Return Policy
We hope you will love your new redwood product. However, should you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of receipt.
When returning a product, wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
- Replacement requests must be submitted with 14 days of receipt of the item.
- All returned items carry a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your return/credit.
- Customized orders may not be returned for credit.
Although all of our products are offered with free shipping, please be aware that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charges and handling fees for the returned item(s) is also the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. If the item is refused and returned to the manufacturer, any return shipping or freight costs will also be deducted from the refund.
